The Optimistic Edge Programme is designed to support the whole person. It’s about becoming a resilient, self-aware, and emotionally intelligent athlete who finds fulfillment in the process. With this human-centered approach, you’ll be empowered to live with purpose, perform with joy, and feel confident in your own journey—whatever that may be.

6 sessions - £360 (£60 per session) or complete one module at £65
